AKIPRESS.COM - As of July 15, 1,047 houses were restored in Arys, the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reports.

The works are carried out at 4,225 facilities of individual housing and apartment buildings.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, the number of builders involved in rebuilding the city exceeded 5.9 thousand. A total of 194 construction companies with 245 units of special equipment are working in 17 sectors of the city.

Also there is a restoration of 62 social facilities, where 1,617 builders work.

The monitoring of houses and the construction progress in Arys are carried out by specialists of the ministry headed by the First Vice Minister Kairbek Uskenbayev.

On behalf of Elbasy and the Head of State, all damaged and destroyed objects must be commissioned before August 1, the statement says.
