Nooken district exported 700 tons of vegetables this year
AKIPRESS.COM - Nooken district of Jalal-Abad region exported 700 tons of vegetables this year, head of district Erkinbek Mamatayev said during the press tour.
A greenhouse worth 49 million soms was built in Burgondu village, he said. The district has 3 greenhouses and a logistics center.
The greenhouses give harvest twice a year.
Agrogroup greenhouse complex area is 7 hectares. It also has warehouses, boiler room and refrigerator room, which can fit up to 50 tons of products.
50-60 people are employed by the complex during the harvesting period.
