AKIPRESS.COM - Leadership of At-Bashi district of Naryn region met with stock-farmers of Ak-Sai valley.

Deputy head of the district Ajar Dyushenalieva, medical workers, and agricultural workers attended the meeting.

Ak-Sai valley is home to 107 families in the winter, and 300 in the summer.

Cattle breeders told the local authorities about their problems, which are mainly associated with attacks of wolves on the domestic animals, lack of pastures, lack of cellular communication, lack of proper infrastructure.

Ak-Sai valley is Kyrgyzstan's own cold pole as the air temperature there might get as gold as -56°C.

The valley is located on 3 km above sea level in the border zone between At-Bashi and Torugart gorges.

There are no big trees and scrubs, only short grass grow there.
