Bishkek designer Nikita Tarasenko summoned to GKNB for second time "over inciting to ethnic hatred"
AKIPRESS.COM - The National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan summoned Bishkek designer Nikita Tarasenko for the second time "over inciting to ethnic hatred," the GKNB said.
He was summoned as a witness for August 2 morning.
Tarasenko missed the first summons over his social media posting because he overslept.
