Over 90% of construction in Arys completed: PM Mamin

AKIPRESS.COM - As part of his working trip to the Turkistan region, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin checked the progress of construction and repair of damaged houses, social facilities, engineering networks in Arys and held a meeting on the restoration of the city, his press service said.

Mamin examined the residential area of ​​the military camp, got acquainted with the results of the restoration of the school named after Zhurba, city hospital, railway station, residential building, reconstruction of the central stadium.

90% of the city was restored, including life support facilities and infrastructure, the statement says.

Currently, 6,611 houses, or 90% of the 7,516 affected single-storey private houses, have been repaired. In the remaining 905 one-story private houses, repair work should be completed by August 10. Restoration work on 67 multi-storey buildings should be completed by August 20. The restoration of all 66 social facilities should be completed by August 20. In this regard, the work of the Headquarters will continue until August 20.
