AKIPRESS.COM - At the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Damdin Tsogtbaatar, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and Pacific (ESCAP) Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana will pay an official visit to Mongolia from August 19 to 20, Montsame reported.

During her visit, Ms. Armida Alisjahbana will pay a call on Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh and hold meetings with Foreign Minister D.Tsogtbaatar, Minister of Environment and Tourism N.Tserenbat, Minister of Energy Ts.Davaasuren, Deputy Minister of Road and Transport Development L.Khaltar, and Chairman of the National Development Agency B.Bayarsaikhan to discuss cooperation between Mongolia and the commission.

She will also be a special guest and speaker at the Boao Forum for Asia Ulaanbaatar Conference to be held in Ulaanbaatar this month.
