AKIPRESS.COM - Interior Minister Yerlan Turgumbayev commented on the barbershop incident in Kazakhstan.

The video showing a client forcing 3 barbers to shave off each other reportedly because he did not like his son's haircut went viral in Kazakhstan. In the video, the client is also seen bleeding and apologizing for forcing barbers to shave off each other.

Minister Turgumbayev said that it is wrong that client did so and that he was beaten up for what he did.

"The client is charged with minor hooliganism, while persons who beat him up are being probed for hooliganism," he said on the sidelines of the session of the lower house of the Kazakh parliament.
