AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov today marks his 61st birthday.

On this occasion, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram saying that the Kyrgyz Republic is steadily developing its social and economic situation under the leadership of Jeenbekov.

The statement says that the Kyrgyz President is actively participating in the regional and international affairs.

The Russian government appreciates the efforts aimed at strengthening of strategic partnership between the two countries, Putin notes.

Putin also confirmed his readiness to continue friendly and constructive dialogue on joint Kyrgyz-Russian works.
