AKIPRESS.COM - China and the EAEU in 2018 signed an agreement on trade and economic cooperation and this agreement entered into force on October 25, 2019, Ambassador-at-Large of the Chinese Foreign Minister Xue Bing told reporters in Bishkek.
According to her, signing of this document laid a firm foundation for development of bilateral cooperation of the sides.
"Now the sides are discussing certain cooperation projects and I am sure they will give results soon," the Ambassador-at-Large said.
He reminded that the Chinese President Xi Jinping and President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed and published a joint statement on construction and interference of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the EAEU.
