AKIPRESS.COM - A mini-bus was purchased for schoolchildren of Sary-Tala village, Ton district of Issyk-Kul children to transport children to school, rural municipality governor Bolot Mambetov said.

Thirty schoolchildren study at the school in Tosor village. Some schoolchildren walked the distance of 4.5 km from Sary-Tala village to school.

“Villagers collected 158,000 soms for the mini-bus. Issyk-Kul Region Development Fund provided 700,000 soms. The rural municipality will supply fuel for the school mini-bus, driver’s salary will be covered by the villagers,” the governor said.
