Mongolia to resume coal exports from March 2

AKIPRESS.COM - The State Emergency Commission of Mongolia on Feb 20 made a decision to resume the export shipments of coal and oil from March 2, Montsame reports. 

Corresponding officials were charged to continue to ensure effective sterilization practices for drivers of delivery vehicles across the borders and customs officers.

On February 10, the State Emergency Commission decided to suspend coal exports until March 2 through borders with China, to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Statistics shows that 98 percent of Mongolia's coal exports is accounted for China.
