AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Mongolia to the Republic of Cuba Sh.Battsetseg on March 13 presented her letter of credence to President of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel, Montsame said.

During the presentation of her credentials, Ambassador Sh.Battsetseg extended Mongolian President Kh.Battulga’s warm regards to President Miguel Díaz-Canel and reminded him of the invitation from the President Kh.Battulga to pay a visit to Mongolia at his convenience.

Emphasizing that Cuba is the first country in the Americas to establish diplomatic ties with Mongolia and that it has a major role in connecting Mongolia with South American countries, the Ambassador undertook to strengthen friendly relations between the two countries and place more emphasis on bilateral cooperation in health care, education and science sectors.
