14 more new coronavirus cases confirmed in Kyrgyzstan, 58 in total

AKIPRESS.COM - 14 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Kyrgyzstan by 14.00 on March 27, the Ministry of Health reported.

7 new cases were registered in Osh and 7 in Jalal-Abad region.

5 out of 14 newly infected people arrived from minor hajj, 9 people contacted with infected citizens.

"They were sent to home quarantine. Their condition is stable," the statement said.

Kyrgyzstan has so far confirmed 58 coronavirus cases as of March 27:

Jalal-Abad region - 27 cases;

Osh region - 26 cases;

Bishkek - 4 cases (one resident of Moskovsky district of Chuy region was transferred to the infectious diseases hospital in Bishkek);

Batken region - 1 case.

The age of 14 newly infected ranges from 1 to 68 years.
