
AKIPRESS.COM - The foreign trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic in January-April 2020 amounted to $1,753.9 million and decreased by 21.1%, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Exports increased by 2.7%, while imports decreased by 31.4%.
Decrease in imports by 31.4% was due to the reduction of import of cereals by 2.1 times, fertilizers - by 33.7%, plastics and its products - by 25.6%, soap, detergents and polishing agents - by 17.9%.
