AKIPRESS.COM - The school cafeteria at the secondary school named after K.Chernyakhovsky was commissioned in the village of Petrovka of the Moskovsky district, said deputy head of local administration Munara Mamajanova.

"One of our main tasks is to create full-fledged conditions for quality education of children. After all, a full-fledged education can be achieved only when children are fed, full of energy and have all conditions at school. But unfortunately we couldn't provide a hot meal to elementary school children in time. 

Despite the difficulties, under the direct supervision of the local authorities, on February 7 the school lunchroom for 50 seats was put into operation. Now 366 pupils of elementary school will get free hot meal," she said.

The school building was built in 1937 and commissioned in 1952. 856 children are taught by 38 teachers at that school.  The tender for the construction of the school canteen was won by the Capital Service company. Completion of construction was scheduled for September 15, 2021. 216,243 soms were provided from local budget and 740,575 soms from the Chui Development Fund for repairing the cafeteria.
