AKIPRESS.COM - Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital gains came into force on July 13, according to the UK government.

The agreement was signed June 13, 2017 by then-Economy Minister Arzybek Kojoshev and then-British Ambassador Robin Ord-Smith, who is now Business Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan
