AKIPRESS.COM - The Blood Transfusion Station of Samarkand region and the Blood Transfusion Center of Tajikistan have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

A group of medical workers led by Chief Physician of the Blood Transfusion Station of Samarkand region Rofe Aliyev visited the Blood Transfusion Center of Tajikistan on a study tour.

“Importance of having a large supply of blood and its components in protecting human health, preventing various diseases and providing medical care to patients in critical situations is increasing,” said Rofe Aliyev. 

"For this reason, advanced technologies are being introduced in the industry, working methods are changing," he said.

The experts from two countries exchanged views and experience in work of blood centers.
