AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed amendments to the law on e-commerce in the 2nd reading.

The amendments were initiated by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The draft law was developed in order to prevent discrepancies and avoid conflicts in the norms of legislation regulating entrepreneurial activity, as well as to clarify and correctly apply the provisions of the law on e-commerce and the Tax Code.
