Snow trapped Canadian tourists rescued in mountains of Naryn
AKIPRESS.COM - Tourists from Canada, snow trapped on Son Kol alpine pasture, were rescued by emergency workers.
Two nationals of Canada and Kyrgyzstanis were traveling to Son-Kol pasture on Toyota Sequoia on April 30 and planned to cross Moldonun-Beli pass to get to Ak-Tala district. After contact with tourists was lost, 4 rescuers from Jumgal district were sent to the pasture.
4 missing travelers were found on the Son-Kol pasture unharmed. Their vehicle was stuck in snow.
Rescuers helped the travelers to get their vehicle out of snow.
