AKIPRESS.COM - A Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Trinidad and Tobago was signed on June 15 in New York.

This is the 144th country that has established diplomatic relations with Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by the Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan to the UN, Ambassador Bakhtiyor Ibragimov and the Permanent Representative of Trinidad and Tobago to the UN, Dennis Francis, on behalf of the governments of the two countries.
