AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin paid an official visit to Turkmenistan on July 15-16 at the invitation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan stated.

During the visit to Ashgabat, the meeting of Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and negotiations with Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov took place.

Implementation of agreements reached at the highest level in May 2023 following the state visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan were discussed.
