AKIPRESS.COM - Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov presented certificates to the winners of the international scholarship of the President of Kyrgyzstan "El Umutu".

The head of the Cabinet noted that the contribution to education, healthcare and culture is the best investment in the development of human capital.

"This international scholarship "El Umutu" aims to support talented young people of our country in getting education abroad, increase motivation of young people to study, in particular, to train modern new generation specialists in the most priority areas of the country's socio-economic development," Akylbek Japarov stated.

The best students from Kyrgyzstan got the opportunity to receive Master's degree and PhD in world's top 100 universities abroad. According to the results of 2021-2022, the scholarship was awarded to 9 graduates, and to 17 this year.
