AKIPRESS.COM - On October 11, Uch-Korgon rural municipality in Aksy district marked the International Day of the Girl Child by recognizing outstanding schoolgirls.

"In commemoration of the International Day of the Girl Child, we invited girls who have excelled in their studies. We engaged in open conversations with them, during which they shared their aspirations for future careers. Following these discussions, we presented them with awards.

Such initiatives are aimed at instilling values of excellence and empowerment in our girls," Head of the municipality Mamatysak Japarov said.
