AKIPRESS.COM - Kemin town hosted a festive event to honor married couples who have lived together for 50 years, one of the event's organizers Altynbek Kabaev said.

According to Kabaev, all the married couples present at the event got married in 1973.

"They were presented with certificates, received gifts, and enjoyed a festive banquet to celebrate their enduring love," he said. 

Kabaev also noted that the event extended its invitation to newlyweds. They were also presented with marriage certificates.

Over 30 married couples attended the event.
