Wet snow is expected to stick to wires and trees. Sleet and snow drifts are expected on the roads. In some areas, the westerly wind is expected to increase to 17-22 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to fall to -5…-13° at night and to 0…-5° daytime in Chui region; to -7…-12° at night and -2…-7° in daytime in Talas region, to -3…+2° at night and 3…8°in daytime in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions, to -3…-8°at night and -2…+3°in daytime in Issyk-Kul region, to -5…-10° at night and to 0…-5°in daytime in Naryn region.

Further drop of air temperature is expected on December 12-14 to -15…-23° at night and to -10…-15°in daytime in Chui and Talas regions, to -7…-12° at night and to -3…-8°in daytime in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions, to -12…-17°at night and -4…-9° in Issyk-Kul region, to -19…-24°in Naryn region.
