President Japarov says he has asked Speaker Shakiev to change flag of Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - "I have asked the Parliament Speaker to initiate change of the flag," President Sadyr Japarov said during the second kurultai on December 16 in Bishkek.

"Do not scold Nurlan Shakiev, scold me," the President said.
