Strong earth tremors were felt in Bishkek.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the epicenter of the magnitude 7 earthquake was on the territory of China close to the Kyrgyz-Chinese border.
The Seismology Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan said the earthquake occurred on the territory of China near the Kyrgyz-Chinese border. The earth tremors were felt magnitude 4 in Karakol, Naryn, Kaji-Sai village of Ton district.
Minister of Emergency Situations Boobek Ajikeyev said the earth tremors were felt magnitude 4-5 in Bishkek.
No casulaties and destructions are reported.
