AKIPRESS.COM - Native of Kyrgyzstan Akmatbek Mamatkaimov climbed the highest point in South America - Mount Aconcagua.

Its height is 6,960.8 meters above sea level.

"I was standing on Mount Aconcagua in a Kyrgyz kalpak at 3:01 pm local time in Argentina on January 29. There I wished peace and unity to the Kyrgyz people," Akmatbek Mamatkaimov wrote on his page on social networks.
