AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia plans to work towards urban and rural revitalization as part of a post-pandemic new revival policy in 2024, Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyuun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai said at the opening of the Regional Development - Mongolian Economic Forum.

According to him, the Mongolian government has declared 2024 as the year to Support Regional Development to diversify the national economy and accelerate the development of the country.

Mongolia plans to implement a number of measures in near future to promote regional development, dividing its 21 provinces into northern, Khangai, western, central and eastern zones.
