AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) for Humanitarian, Cultural and Social Affairs and Special Envoy for Afghanistan Tariq Ali Bakheet on February 9, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reports.

The parties discussed current issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, as well as prospects for joint actions.

They also exchanged views on current international and regional issues, including the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan.
