Foreign Minister of Mongolia receives Honorary Consul in South Korea

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign Minister of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh received Kyung-Mo Ahn, recently appointed Honorary Consul of Mongolia in Gangwon and Gyeonggi provinces of the Republic of Korea, and congratulated him for assuming his office on February 13, Montsame reports.

Foreign Minister Battsetseg Batmunkh highlighted the expanding strategic partnership and cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea and intensifying people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.

The Foreign Minister expressed confidence that the newly appointed Honorary Consul would exert all efforts to further deepen Mongolia-South Korea relations and accelerate the bilateral cooperation in various areas, including tourism, culture, art, and education.

Honorary Consul Kyung-Mo Ahn expressed commitment to actively working towards fostering relations and cooperation between the two countries and protecting the interests of Mongolian citizens residing in South Korea.
