AKIPRESS.COM - The Civil Aviation Agency has granted permission for flights to the airline from Kazakhstan Qazaq Air, Kun.uz reports.
The permit was issued on March 13. The air carrier will operate flights on the route Turkestan - Samarkand - Turkestan on a BC DHC-8−402 aircraft.
The airline announced plans to launch direct flights between the cities at the end of February. Starting from March 15, flights will be operated twice a week – every Friday and Sunday.
• departure from Turkestan – at 20:20, arrival in Samarkand – at 21:20;
• departure from Samarkand – at 22:10, arrival in Turkestan – at 23:10.
The cost of a one-way ticket starts from 25 thousand tenge (706 thousand soums at the Central Bank exchange rate as of March 16).
For information, Qazaq Air is an interregional airline established in 2018 and owned by the “Samruk-Kazyna” national wealth fund with its main hub at Astana Airport. Mainly operates flights between cities of Kazakhstan and Russia.
