AKIPRESS.COM - President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, with his spouse Naly Sisoulith, arrived in Mongolia on a state visit on June 11, Montsame reports.

Head of the Office of the President of Mongolia Sodbaatar Yangug, Deputy Foreign Minister Amartuvshin Gombosuren, Ambassador of Mongolia to Laos Byambasuren Jamsran, and Ambassador of Laos to Mongolia Phengsavanh Keopraseuth greeted President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith and the delegation upon their arrival at the Chinggis Khaan International Airport of Mongolia.

It is the first visit by the head of state of Laos to Mongolia in 17 years. During the visit, the two Presidents will hold official talks and sign cooperation documents to improve the legal environment for relations between the two countries.
