AKIPRESS.COM - The Go Viral festival, organized with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, will be held in Karakol for the first time on June 21. It will bring together experts and activists from media, business, culture and technology. 

At this festival, the event organizers focus on the development of the creative industry, making it a platform for the exchange of ideas, business and cultural innovation.

Go Viral will bring together speakers and experts who will discuss the development and promotion of sustainable tourism through the prism of four sectors. Karakol entrepreneurs will share their experiences of effective creative business. Participants will learn about modern strategies for promoting business and personal brands in social networks. Dive into an inspiring session with former NASA scientist and founder and CEO of Arusha Space LLC - Dr. Camille Wardrop Alleyne and talk "without a tie" with U.S. Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Leslie Viguerie.

The Go Viral Festival & Network is an annual regional festival and platform for networking and community building among representatives of media, business, culture, and technology in Central Asian countries. The project is funded by the U.S. Department of State and supported by the U.S. Diplomatic Missions in Central Asia.

Since October 2021, the project has been implemented by the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) in Central Asia.
