Mudflows in Osh. Moment of death under truck wheels caught on camera

The accident occurred during evacuation of citizens in Ozgur village. The man was run over by Kamaz truck.
The moment of the tragedy was caught on video. The footage shows the truck crossing a small river through which the mudflow rushed. When the truck gets to another bank, the man gets under the wheels. The driver did not notice and went further.
It is unknown yet how the man fell from the truck.
