President of Mongolia receives Ambassador of France upon completion of his term

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa received Ambassador of France to Mongolia Sebastien Surun on July 30 upon the completion of his term in Mongolia, the President's Office reports.

President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa emphasized that relations and cooperation between Mongolia and France have intensified in recent years and the Presidents of the two countries paid reciprocal state visits in 2023.

The President commended the notable progress made in implementing the decisions agreed upon by the two heads of state and expressed high appreciation for the contribution and efforts of Ambassador Sebastien Surun.

Ambassador Sebastien Surun expressed his gratitude to the Mongolian government and people for their support and cooperation over the past three years. The Ambassador expressed confidence that the joint projects and programs would be successfully implemented and that Mongolia-France relations and cooperation would deepen in all fields in the coming years.

President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa awarded Ambassador Sebastien Surun the "Friendship" medal in recognition of his contributions to fostering relations between Mongolia and France.
