AKIPRESS.COM - Around 3.5 magnitude earthquake occurred in Batken region at 5:21 am on August 28, the Seismology Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The epicenter of the earthquake was in the southern slopes of the Alay Range, 30 km to the south-east of Kan village, 40 km to the north-west of Kara-Teit village, 45 km to the north-west of Karamyk village, 60 km to the south-east of Batken town.
Earth tremors were not felt in settlements of Kyrgyzstan.
