Kyrgyz athletes win international freestyle wrestling competition in Chechnya
AKIPRESS.COM - Athletes from Kara-Kul town, Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region won the international freestyle wrestling tournament in Chechnya.
Burkhan Kalybekov (24 kg weight category), Idiris Konurbayev (26 kg weight category) born in 2010 and 2017 took the first places at the tournament that was held in the village of Alkhan-Yurg, Urus-Martan district, Chechen Republic in August, 2024.
Mayor of Kara-Kul town Nurtilek Orozbayev congratulated the young athletes and provided financial assistance.
