AKIPRESS.COM - The 22th International High-Level Meeting on Syria in the Astana format will take place in Astana on November 11-12, the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan reported.
The meeting participants will discuss the development of the situation in Syria, efforts for a comprehensive resolution, the release of hostages and the search for missing persons, the humanitarian situation, mobilization of the international community's efforts to facilitate the restoration of the country and the creation of conditions for the return of Syrian refugees to their homeland.
Bilateral and trilateral consultations of delegations are expected to be held on the first day and on the second day. A plenary session will be held following the talks.
