Mongolia wins two medals in Harbin International Ice Sculpture Competition

AKIPRESS.COM - The 36th Harbin International Ice Sculpture Competition 2025 was held at the Harbin Ice and Snow World, China, on January 2-4, Montsame reported.

Over 60 ice sculptors from various countries, including Mongolia, China, South Korea, Russia, Spain, the United States, Ecuador, France, India, Mexico, Serbia, and Montenegro, took part in the Harbin International Ice Sculpture Competition 2025. Four Mongolian teams competed. The team of Z. Ganjargal and Kh. Altankhuu won the gold medal, while D. Tserenbat and B. Bayarsaikhan secured the silver medal.

The 27th Harbin International Snow Sculpture Competition kicked off on January 6, bringing together over 100 snow sculptors from Mongolia, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, South Korea, India, France, Ecuador, Indonesia, and Spain.
