Presidents of Mongolia and Czech Republic hold official talks

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa is paying a state visit to the Czech Republic on March 9-12 at the invitation of President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel, Montsame reported.

President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel held official talks on March 10.

During the official talks, the Presidents expressed mutual satisfaction with the active development of relations between Mongolia and the Czech Republic in numerous socio-economic sectors, driven by the efforts of the two countries.

They also expressed commitment to advancing bilateral relations between the two countries and fostering cooperation with tangible results in all sectors.

The two sides affirmed mutual commitment to expanding Mongolia-Czechia cooperation under shared goals outlined in the long-term development policies of the two countries, particularly implementing mutually beneficial joint projects, which will become a symbol of relations between the two countries, increasing economic and investment cooperation, and intensifying cooperation in environment, health, culture, education, sports, tourism, transport, food, and agriculture.

The interlocutors also discussed ways to consolidate traditional cooperation within the framework of the United Nations and other international organizations and exchanged views on several issues on regional and international agendas.
