AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Education of Mongolia will support the training of specialists for the steel industry of Mongolia, Montsame reported.

Minister of Education Naranbayar Purevsuren met with Chief Executive Officer of Darkhan Metallurgical Plant LLC B. Chagnaadorj and the company's administrative staff. The sides agreed to collaborate in training personnel to work at the steel plant, which is one of the 14 mega projects being implemented by the government of Mongolia.

As part of this collaboration, engineers and technicians who will work at the plant will be trained domestically and abroad. Support will be provided to students studying at universities and new students through scholarships and loan programs from the Educational Loan Fund. The Minister of Education stated that the Ministry will organize a vocational orientation day for graduating students and their parents in Darkhan-Uul province.
