AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Bashimova held a meeting with Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkmenistan Azizbek Madmarov on April 17, the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan reported.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on topical issues of regional and international agenda of mutual interest. The readiness of both countries to continue the practice of mutual support for initiatives in international organizations was confirmed.

In addition, the diplomats discussed issues of Turkmen-Kyrgyz partnership in the fields of security, sustainable development and environmental protection.
