Boxer from Kyrgyzstan reaches finals of international tournament in USA
AKIPRESS.COM - Boxer Munarbek Seyitbek uulu has reached the finals of the international tournament in the USA.
The USA Boxing International Open tournament started in Pueblo, Colorado, on April 15.
Kyrgyzstan is represented by seven athletes at the competition, led by head coach Daniyar Telegen uulu.
Munarbek Seyitbek uulu (weight category up to 60 kg) started in the 1/8 finals, where he won twice over American athletes and reached the semi-finals.
In the semi-finals, he again defeated a representative of the USA, securing his place in the finals.
