
AKIPRESS.COM - The trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan increased by 27% in January-February 2025, according to data from the National Statistics Committee.
The volume of trade between the countries amounted to $204.6 million.
Exports from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan increased by 15% to $50.6 million. They were dominated by ores and concentrates of precious metals, plastic products, cement products, tractors, dairy products, and clothing.
Imports increased by 31.9% to $154 million. Petroleum products, cigarettes, soft drinks, flour, ferrous metals, and petroleum products (bitumen, coke) were imported.
