AKIPRESS.COM - As of April 1, 2025, the population of Kyrgyzstan totaled 7,308,200, according to the National Statistics Committee data published on June 13.

From January to March 2025:

• 31,755 children were born (17.7 per 1,000 population)
• 8,371 people died (4.7 per 1,000 population)
• The natural population growth amounted to 23,384 people (13 per 1,000 population)

Infant mortality for the period was 413 cases, or 13 per 1,000 live births.

In terms of migration, there was a net population inflow of 3,038 people (4.2 per 10,000 population). 3,576 people arrived, and 538 people departed the country.

During the first three months of the year, 10,192 marriages were registered (5.7 per 1,000 population) and 3,393 divorces occurred (1.9 per 1,000 population).
