Mongolian students win six medals of International Mathematical Olympiad

AKIPRESS.COM - The 66th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), held in Sunshine Coast, Australia, concluded on July 19, Montsame reported.

The Mongolian team won one gold, three silver, and two bronze medals, scoring a total of 174 points, the highest team score Mongolia has ever achieved in the history of its participation.

Student of school No. 11 Arvis Iveel won a gold medal, student of the "Sant" school Sonor Manlay, student of Shine Uye school Batlkhagva Tenuunsaikhan and student of school No. 11 Bayar Belgutey won silver medals, and student of Sant school Davaadorj Khuslen and student of school No. 11 Boldbaatar Tuvshindalay won bronze.
