Uzbekistan condemns drone attack on Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan has voiced serious concern following a drone attack in Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic that reportedly injured civilians and damaged infrastructure.

During a telephone call with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov emphasized that any actions violating a country’s sovereignty or territorial integrity are absolutely unacceptable.

Underscoring its commitment to international law, the Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated its support for state sovereignty and the protection of civilian populations amid these heightened regional tensions.
