
AKIPRESS.COM - President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a new law establishing administrative liability for the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations, gender reassignment, pedophilia, and the "childfree" lifestyle, BelTA reported.
The legislation introduces fines of up to 900 Belarusian rubles, which increases to 1,350 rubles or administrative arrest if such actions are directed toward minors.
Beyond these penalties, the law includes a dedicated section focused on the protection of traditional values and strengthens preventive measures for juvenile delinquency.
It introduces specific regulations regarding the application of educational and disciplinary measures for minors, including defined procedures and timelines for their implementation.
