AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek patrol police have located and penalized the driver of a special vehicle operating in poor technical condition, according to the city's Patrol Police Service.

Footage of the incident showed the vehicle emitting thick, dark exhaust, causing significant environmental damage.

Following the identification of the driver, a protocol for the violation was officially filed. The case materials have since been transferred to the Service for Environmental and Technical Supervision for further administrative action and enforcement.
